Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the date the customer receives the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

If any of these situations apply, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order and provide photo evidence of the issue.

Failure to report the issue within this timeframe may result in the request being denied.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a customer wishes to obtain a different product, they must request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider but typically take 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
